AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE Commence Work On New Material
July 31, 2002AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE bassist Chad Hanks posted the following update on the songwriting sessions for the group's sophomore CD, due in early 2003 through American Recordings:
"Back in Minneapolis... [Vocalist] Martin [Cock] and myself have been working/vacationing (it's a hard balance) in Iowa at Paul from [SLIPKNOT's] house for the past 10 or so days...basically turned completely nocturnal for our entire stay...wake up at 10 pm, hide in the basement jamming until we pass out the next afternoon, start again...today we start getting all of our gear set up at our studio to begin the actual process of working on the new material with the rest of the band...and the old saying is true... 'You have your entire life to write your first record, and 2 months to write your second...' ...time is such a pain in the ass...talk to you guys soon..."
